Sebastian Dos Santos had the biggest swing in the Cardinals’ system Sunday.

Actually, he had two of them.

Dos Santos, the MLB Pipeline No. 14 prospect in the Cardinals’ system, earned Cardinal Chronicle Player of the Day honors after going 2-for-3 with two home runs, two RBIs, two runs scored and two walks in Palm Beach’s 13-5 win over Daytona.

His final line: 2-for-3, 2 HR, 2 RBI, 2 R, 2 BB

That is a complete offensive day.

Palm Beach jumped on Daytona early, scoring five runs in the first inning and never really letting the game get away. The Cardinals finished with 13 runs on 11 hits, and the lineup did damage from top to bottom.

Dos Santos was right in the middle of it.

His two home runs gave him 10 with Palm Beach, and his two RBIs pushed his Palm Beach total to 36. He also walked twice and scored two runs, reaching base four times in the win.

He was not alone.

Owen Henne homered and drove in four. J.P. Cabrera doubled, homered and drove in four. Gabe Camacho also homered and drove in a run. Palm Beach finished the day with five home runs.

But the loudest individual line belonged to Dos Santos.

Two home runs.
Two walks.
Two runs scored.
A Palm Beach win.

That is a Player of the Day performance.
