Sweeping Round of Roster Moves

The Cardinals finalized a sweeping round of roster moves across the upper levels of the system on March 27, reshaping both Memphis and Springfield in the process. The bulk of the activity sends a wave of talent—ranging from established Triple-A depth pieces to some of the organization’s top prospects—up to Memphis, signaling a clear intent to stack the Redbirds roster heading into Opening Day.

At the same time, a smaller set of corresponding moves helps reset Springfield’s roster, creating a clean organizational alignment as the 2026 season gets underway.
